    There are a number of ways to become a sponsor for the 2019 CME Conference for Advanced Practice Providers.  You may click the red-button links under the open sponsorships which will allow you to complete the online exhibitor application either with a check or credit card payment option. If you prefer to complete your application on paper, there is a downloadable form just beneath these instructions called the 2019 Exhibitor Prospectus & Application.  Please email the completed form to Lauren Gamble PA-C at, waysandmeanschair@tgcpaa.org.  Your sponsorship will be confirmed once the application and payments have been received.
