Habitat for Humanity Wall Build Event 2015

21 TGCPAA members and family gathered together to help Habitat for Humanity build the walls of a local Houston Habitat Home.  It was an amazing experience and we can't wait to do it again.

    October 2014

TGCPAA collected donations at the October 21, 2014 meeting for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center's Adopt-a-Family Program. The Adopt-a-Family program is an institutional project that supports the families of patients at MD Anderson during the holiday season. There are approximately 350 families in need of adoption this year and it was TGCPAA goal to help in this endeavor. Each of these families has at least one member that is currently fighting cancer. The money collected can be used for whatever needs they may have during the season. TGCPAA collected $750.00 and will match the donations at 100% giving a total of $1500.00. Together we can make a difference in the lives of families battling cancer.

    March 2014

TGCPAA had its first Habitat for Humanity Build on March 8, 2014.  It was a successful event and we hope to do again in the future. Thank you to all those who participated.
