    Exhibitor Agreement 

    1. The Exhibitor Agreement must be on file with TGCPAA at least 30 business days prior to the activity scheduled unless other arrangements have been made with TGCPAA.
    2. TGCPAA will notify exhibitors of their acceptance as soon as reasonably possible prior to the event.
    3. Exhibit space is provided on a first-come, first-served basis with the location assigned randomly pending exhibit type.
    4. All exhibit fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduled event. 
    5. Fees are non-refundable and must be payable in US dollars.
    6. Representatives must check-in at registration upon arrival. Event badges will be issued. 
    7. A maximum of 2 representatives are allowed to attend per exhibit fee unless written approval for additional representatives has been received from TGCPAA or your purchase includes more space.
    8. EXHIBITOR AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE TEXAS GULF COAST PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT ASSOCIATION (TGCPAA) AND THEIR OFFICERS & AGENTS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND THAT RESULTS FROM NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY EXHIBITOR OR ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF EXHIBITOR AT THE EVENT, ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY THE EXHIBITOR OR EXHIBITORS PRESENCES ON THE EXHIBIT PREMISES. 
    9. The Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association does not assume any responsibility for the safety of the property of the Exhibitor from theft, damage by fire, damage by flood, accident or other causes or for unpacked materials left in the exhibit area after closing of the event. 
    10. Exhibitor represents and warrants that it has all necessary licenses, accreditations, certifications and/or approvals for the conduct of its business
    11. Exhibitor agrees to use its best efforts to notify TGCPAA at least 5 days prior to the event if unable to participate as an exhibitor.
    12. TGCPAA reserves the right to refuse exhibits, curtail activities, or close exhibits that do not comply with TGCPAA and/or the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education policies and this exhibitor agreement
    13. If TGCPAA is unable to provide an Exhibitor with the opportunity to exhibit after this contract has been completed, due to fire, strikes, authority of law, acts of God, or any other cause or reason, TGCPAA will refund the monies that have been paid in connection with the contract. 
    14. Acceptance of this application as an agreement between the Exhibitor and TGCPAA will occur only when an official confirmation packet has been sent by TGCPAA via email. It is understood that disapproval of an Exhibitor, per the terms outlined in the Exhibitor Regulations, will result in termination of the agreement without penalty to either party. 
    15. The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to the Exhibitor regulations as published by TGCPAA (available upon request), which are considered to be part of this agreement between the Exhibitor and the Texas Gulf Coast PA Association.
    16. The exhibitor signing this application represent and warrant that the undersigned person is duly authorized and appointed agent of the Exhibitor, is fully empowered to bind the Exhibitor to all provisions contained in this agreement.
