Biography
Ashley received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas A&M University in 2005, where she focused her academic efforts in neuroscience. She then went on to receive her MPH from the UT School of Public Health in 2010. During this time, Ashley worked for the Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Center investigating veterans with depression and suicide ideation, and through this experience, she discovered the role of the PA in patient care. She then pursued her master's degree at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where she graduated in 2013. Currently, Ashley is a practicing PA in the Dept. of Colon & Rectal Surgery at Memorial Hermann Southeast. When she's not at work, Ashley enjoys rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
